The staff were exceptional! The desk receptionist Candy was super accommodating, friendly and very professional. We were there way too early for check in and camped out in the lobby until a room was available. Candy would let us know we weren't forgotten about, even though we knew we were too early (no place to go from our flight). She got us into a room as soon as she could, and my family and I appreciated that. The room was CLEAN and comfy. The location was great for walking distance to restaurants. Breakfast had a nice selection (biscuits and gravy!). Candy let us know the day before that it takes maybe 15 minutes for a cab service to arrive when they called for one; it took about ten and the drive to the Port of Miami was smooth and the driver avoided traffic. A very easy and pleasant experience. I highly recommend a stay here!

GREAT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN! We most liked the closeness to the airport, the nearby restaurants, the super friendly staff, the clean and fresh rooms and lobby, the available parking, and most of all, the variety at the breakfast buffet. This may be the best Holiday Inn I've ever stayed. I must note also the the receptionist staff were always so helpful and generous. Emely, Alex, and others. All very respectful and helpful and generous with amenities or linen or anything else we asked for. Also, we loved that the rooms, lobby, and hallways were always so fresh and clean. We will stay here again!

Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with all the amenities listed. The stay felt relatively luxurious for the price we paid and was good value for money. The lobby is very pleasant, with plenty of seating for both relaxing and working. Breakfast was of a high quality, especially compared to other similarly-priced hotel chains. Complimentary coffee and tea was available all day in the lobby.

The bed was amazing. Really comfortable, and provides a really nice night of sleep. The breakfast, even though had a really limited amount of options, was really good. The staff was amazing and eager to help. I think it is a great place to stay if you are just shopping at Dolphin Mall or taking a rest between flights.

Location was pretty close to the cruise port. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was decent. A mall with good restaurants was within two blocks walking distance. Uber and taxi service was easily available Room looked recently renovated and nicely decorated.
